Over the last 18 years Bruce Adams has assisted education systems across Canada and around the world with implementing system transformation.
His experience includes Ministry and agency funding model reviews as well as detailed feasibility studies for shared services, employee attendance support and financial management. He has led high-profile program evaluation and revitalization for Ministries in key areas such as student health, school leadership, student support services, as well as early learning, adult and continuing education.
Bruce has also supported system reform through service delivery transformation. This has included organizational structure realignment, competency modeling, as well as the strengthening and streamlining of academic staff allocation processes. In the area of strategic planning he is both a facilitator and an author of sector guides and tools designed to support school boards in planning, implementing and monitoring multi-year plans. Bruce has also led the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems covering academic support functions, back-office and portal solutions.
In the area of Higher Education Bruce has led pathways projects for Ministries of Education and has led multi-year IT system implementations for institutions covering CRM, Finance and Student Administration.
